TERMS OF SERVICE
By registering at Zodiac Mailer you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please leave the site immediately.
1. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts are not allowed under any circumstances.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service.
Your account must be registered under your real legal name or the name of a legitimate registered business you own. Accounts using fake names or unverifiable aliases may be suspended until valid proof of identity is provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your account with another person.
Never share personal contact details such as your phone number or home address with other members via chat or private messages.
2. ANTI-CHEAT AND BOT POLICY
Zero tolerance for cheating - no exceptions. Any member found using automated methods to earn credits will be immediately and permanently suspended with no refund.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any robot, bot, script, macro, or automated software to read emails or earn credits.
- Using VPN, proxy, Tor, or any IP-masking tool while interacting with the site.
- Allowing another person to use your account or read emails on your behalf.
- Exploiting any system bugs or loopholes to obtain excessive rewards.
- Bypassing any Zodiac Mailer system to gain an unfair advantage.
Admin decisions regarding cheating are final and not subject to appeal.
3. ADVERTISING AND SPAM POLICY
You may promote your Zodiac Mailer referral link only in traffic exchanges and advertising programs that explicitly permit such promotion.
Any form of spam - including unsolicited emails, forum posts, or social media abuse - is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination and potential legal action.
You are solely responsible for the content you promote through Zodiac Mailer. You must ensure you have the legal rights to any URL, image, or material you submit.
You may not use Zodiac Mailer's messaging system to solicit money or credits from other members.
4. CONTENT RULES
Review these rules carefully before submitting any URL or advertisement. Violations may result in deletion of content, loss of credits, and possible account termination.
Prohibited content includes:
- Sites involving illegal activity of any kind.
- Frame-breaking sites or pages that attempt to escape a surf frame.
- Sites containing viruses, trojans, spyware, or malicious code.
- Adult or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- HYIPs, investment autosurfs, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or cash-gifting programs.
- PTC or paid-to-click sites.
- Hate speech, offensive content, or spam pages.
- Sites that autoplay audio or video without user interaction.
Zodiac Mailer reserves the right to remove any advertisement deemed inappropriate at admin's sole discretion.
5. PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS
Zodiac Mailer offers a referral commission program. Commission rates vary by membership level and are displayed in your member dashboard.
- Minimum payout thresholds apply. Check your dashboard for the current minimum balance required.
- Payouts are processed via Wise, Skrill, or other supported payment processors shown in your account settings.
- Payment processing may take up to 30 days from the date of your request.
- Your payout must be issued to the legal name matching your account registration.
- Any payment chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
All payments for upgrades or credits are final and non-refundable. See Section 8 for the full refund policy.
6. CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
The following behaviors will result in suspension or permanent removal:
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member or admin.
- Posting or distributing libelous, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Attempting to access other members' accounts or private information.
- Creating multiple accounts to defraud the site or manipulate any results.
- Using auto-responder email services that block messages sent from Zodiac Mailer.
- Unsubscribing from admin emails - this will result in account suspension until you request re-subscription via support ticket.
7. PRIVACY
Zodiac Mailer will never rent, sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by applicable law. Please review our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
8. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. There are no refunds on membership upgrades, purchased credits, or any other transactions. If you experience a billing error, contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.
Accounts suspended for violations of these Terms are not entitled to any refund of paid fees or earned balances.
9. GENERAL AND ADMIN RIGHTS
By registering, you agree to receive administrative emails from Zodiac Mailer as a required part of the service.
- Admin decisions regarding suspensions, bans, and account standing are final.
- Zodiac Mailer reserves the right to suspend or remove any account for fraudulent or harmful activity at any time without prior notice.
- Zodiac Mailer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- You and Zodiac Mailer operate as independent contractors. Nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship.
- You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through Zodiac Mailer.
